As the number of Regit Express registered users is quickly approaching 10,000 we have implemented a User's Forum to help with the overflow of support questions. We are confident that existing users will be willing to help with questions or observations posted by their fellow merchants.

Please do not hesitate to post questions, issues, reviews, suggests, and any ideas no matter how minor. And above all, do not hesitate to help by replying to other merchant's posts. You will receive an email notice when someone replies to any of your on postings.

Forum Benefits:

1.  NETWORKING REGIT EXPRESS The number one reason is to provide a path to releasing the Network version. The 3 register network version is alive and well and only being used by those who were grandfathered in. Most merchants seem to have difficulty setting up and administering a Windows network. Network questions easily double support questions. That is the reason it was not released into the FREE version with the rest of the "Plus" version features. If we can get a robust forum implemented, where knowledgeable merchants can help others with their issues, we will consider releasing the network capabilities for Regit Express.
(We can pretty much guareentee that if you are not a member of this forum, you will never be a Regit Express network User!)

2. NON ENGLISH SPEAKING USERS  Provides a support path for non English speaking users. Regit Express is an international POS program. Many users do not speak or write English, or English is their second language and they have difficulty communicating their issues in written English.  Understanding the English manual can also be a challenge. The forum will provide these users with a method to get input in their native language.

3. HELP SUPPORT USER QUESTIONS  Help provide additional support to our users and relieve support stress on APi and free up time to spend of additional program features.

4. NOTIFICATIONS  You will be able to select if you want to receive emails from us.  We can use this feature to notify you of latest upgrade patch releases or other issues that may be of concern.
